Eat This: Masterpiece Kitchen at Epcot International Festival of the Arts

The Masterpiece Kitchen at the Epcot International Festival of the Arts is located outside of the Canada pavilion in World Showcase. You’ll find three food items there this season – two savory and one sweet.

  • Wild Mushroom Risotto, Aged Parmesan, Truffle Shavings, and Zinfandel Reduction (vegetarian) ($9.25)

This vegetarian option is creamy and simple and quite good. Nothing about it is complicated. It’s just creamy risotto with wild mushrooms, parmesan, and truffles in a lovely reduction. If you’re craving something along these lines on a cool day at Epcot, it will suit you just fine.

  • Charcuterie Palette with Artisan Cured Meats and Cheeses featuring Nueske’s® Applewood Smoked Beef ($14.00)

Like any charcuterie board at Disney, this comes at a decent price tag – but you get so much for the money. It’s a great board to share with friends. Loaded with crisps, meats, olives, cheeses, almonds, and lightly pickled veggies, it’s a great, shareable item that’s as good as it is pretty.

  • Vanilla, Rose Water and Pistachio Panna Cotta ($8.00)

I’m not going to lie – the other items were good but *this* was why we beelined to this booth. I am a sucker for rosewater and pistachios and this was calling my name. And look at it! It’s absolutely beautiful. This cool, creamy panna cotta was loaded with some of my most favorite flavors – and they were just lovely together. Not to mention that it is almost – ALMOST – too pretty to eat. This will definitely be one of my top dessert items at Artful Epcot this season.

I’m sure I’ll be back – but for now?
