Disney is rolling out some great Passholder perks this fall!! All pictures here are from Disney’s announcement, which you can find here.
Epcot
Disney has already rolled out some Annual Passholder perks at Epcot that will run through August 18th. These include reserved seating for the Guardians of the Galaxy show, a secret ice cream sandwich menu item at Sunshine Seasons, 10% off food and alcohol(!) at Fife & Drum in the America Pavilion, a special PhotoPass photo op in the Italy Pavilion, and a free dessert option at Coral Reef.
Now they’ve announced that the fun will continue into the fall with more perks at Epcot and Animal Kingdom!
This Minnie magnet will be available to AP holders at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival from August 29-October 14, 2019. Then starting October 15 through November 23, 2019, we’ll be able to get the first ever Chef Remy magnet!!
Then after 4 visits to the festival, we’ll receive a complimentary Passholder Chef Minnie wooden coaster set to match our cutting boards from last year! I might be kvelling a little over the box….
There will also be what looks to be some great Passholder-exclusive merchandise at the Festival – at the usual 20% discounted price. Items will be released on two separate dates:
- Thursday, August 29: Tees, pins, Dooney & Bourke bag, Chef Figment Mug and Dessert Plate, and Chef Remy Mug and Dessert Plate
- Thursday, September 12: Chef Mickey Mug and Dessert Plate, and Chef Minnie Mug and Dessert Plate
Passholders will also enjoy a 10% discount on Eat to the Beat Dining Packages.
Passholders will also have access to this super cute $100 Chef Minnie gift card. When you purchase it, you’ll be eligible for a $10 digital bonus to use at select table-service restaurants in Epcot, including Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Biergarten Restaurant, Coral Reef Restaurant, Garden Grill Restaurant, Le Cellier Steakhouse and Rose & Crown Pub & Dining Room. This credit must be used by November 23rd.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Disney has also announced some fun AP perks at Animal Kingdom this fall. Like an AP exclusive hidden menu??! August 29-September 2 from 3pm – 6pm at these locations: Nomad Lounge, Dawa Bar, Thirsty River and Restaurantosaurus Lounge.
And another AP magnet! How cute is this Simba magnet, available while supplies last at Disney Trading Co. starting August 29, 2019.
Character Greetings in Animal Kingdom and Epcot
There will also be some fun special character greetings at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park and Epcot on August 29, 2019:
- Baloo: Disney’s Animal Kingdom park near Creature Comforts from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Jane and Tarzan: Disney’s Animal Kingdom park near Island Mercantile in Discovery Island from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Winnie-the-Pooh in Christopher Robin’s room: The United Kingdom pavilion in Epcot from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
PhotoPass Opportunities in Animal Kingdom and Epcot
And we all know I love a good PhotoPass opportunity!! You’ll find some AP exclusive props at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park and Epcot from August 29 to September 12, 2019:

Love that Disney is giving us Annual Passholders some fun stuff to do in Epcot and Animal Kingdom while the world descends on Hollywood Studios starting on August 29th!! As I’ve said before, I’m glad to see the perks continue to grow as we’ve seen recent increases in AP prices.
