I’ve been meaning to put a classical running playlist together for you for so, so long but was so overwhelmed by even beginning to choose – so I went ahead and called this Part 1.
If you’ve never run a step in your life, these familiar songs are your toe in the door. If you’re an avid runner who has never run to classical music, I think you’re going to love this.
This runs for 59 total minutes. It picks up slow and steady and slowly builds until you take flight, then lowers you back down to a gentle finish.
Have an absolute blast with it.
