Where to Run In Disney: The Definitive Walt Disney World Running Trail Guide

We all know that runDisney events are amazing. And (when they’re happening again) the various resort fun runs are a great way to experience your resort in a new and healthy way either alone or with your family. But what if you just want to get some miles in on property while you’re on vacation?

This is such a great way to start or end the day while you’re here. Not only are you getting your miles in – you also notice so much more on foot at the resorts.

But where do you do it?

I’ve got you covered. Here’s where to run (or take a nice long stroll) no matter where you’re staying on property.

Location: Disney’s Boardwalk along Crescent Lake (full loop), adding in heading out to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and back.

Location: Along Seven Seas Lagoon from the far end of Poly to the opposite far end of the Grand Floridian.

Location: Weaving around all of Pop Century and Art of Animation and rounding Hourglass Lake between them.

Location: Around the running trail of Saratoga Springs Resort, adding loops for distance as desired, and over to Disney Springs (if they are open) for twice the mileage.

Total mileage: 3+ miles

Location: Around the relatively compact grounds of Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Bay Lake Tower.

Total mileage: Around 1.3 miles
