Shipping
Paperback copies of The runDisney Companion are printed to order and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Standard shipping is free within the United States. Available international shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Paperback and digital items in a bundle are delivered separately. The paperback will be shipped, while the PDF and EPUB will arrive by email.
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, incorrect addresses, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges imposed by the destination country.
Digital Delivery
Digital Edition purchases include a PDF and EPUB delivered by email after purchase. Please check your spam or promotions folder if the delivery message does not appear within a few minutes.

Returns and Exchanges
Because each paperback is printed specifically for your order, paperback purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Digital delivery begins immediately after purchase, so Digital Edition purchases are also final.
Bundles containing both formats are final sale for the same reasons.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your paperback arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect—or does not arrive within the expected delivery period—please contact lisa@thecastlerun.com promptly and no later than 30 days after the shipment date.
Please include:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs of the book, shipping packaging, and mailing label when applicable
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. We may request additional information needed by the printer or shipping carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Paperback orders enter production quickly. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
Please review your items, email address, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
