Today we head over to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and Gran Destino Tower for a run!! The property just reopened its doors on October 16, 2020, so we were eager to get back over there for a visit.

- Location: Around the water at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and Gran Destino Tower, including a pass across the bridges and a dip into the Rachos area of Coronado for extra mileage.
- Distance: About 1.25 miles.
This is one of the more straightforward runs on property – just circling the water around Disney’s sprawling Coronado Springs Resort and passing Gran Destino Tower along the way. I added a dip into the Ranchos area of Coronado, across the water from Gran Destino Tower, for a bit of extra mileage, and also grabbed an extra quarter mile or so by traveling back and forth on the bridges past Villa del Lago where the Three Bridges Bar & Grill is located.
Keep your eyes open along this trail if you love plant life, because the sheer number of species along the way is stunning.
- Pro Hack: While this path is a modest 1.25 miles when looped once, it’s hard to understate how sprawling this property feels. It would be very easy to add mileage by meandering around the buildings more – and even repeated loops around the water aren’t likely to feel dull because the space is so wide open.
